Khalid Ibrahim, President & Founder
Khalid is an accomplished business executive who can be described as a business savvy, self-motivated, and driven individual. He has a deep understanding of creating and nurturing business relationships for international business growth. Khalid has always had the desire to operate his own business and believes PEI’s exceptional seafood export products paired with his international business skills are a winning combination.
Over 22 years he has developed strong communication and leadership skills and has a proven track record with business development, legal process and commercial contracts. Khalid holds a bachelor of law, a bachelor of social laws and post graduate diploma in international relations and computer applications. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and passable French.
Khalid brings wide-ranging experience related to both policy development and the export industry. His previous work experience, specifically in commercial contracts and opening new channels for business, demonstrate his abilities in the following areas:

Arctic Exports will export fresh, frozen and dried seafood products such as lobster, crab, shrimps, salmon, cephalopods and molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates such as sea urchins and sea cucumbers. Arctic will export products to China, the UK, France, North America and the Middle East.
Prince Edward Island
We are located here, and all of our products come from Prince Edward Island (PEI), a special place on the Eastern coast of Canada. PEI is only 224 km long and a few km wide in the most narrow areas. It is surrounded by bountiful seas of delicious seafood, including oysters, mussels, lobster, and fish. In 2019 the island had an economic impact of more than $1 billion, including 45 million pounds of mussels, 10 million pounds of oysters, and 42 million pounds of lobsters. It is safe to say that this little island hosts world-class seafood production!
